Refund policy
Sqwod Pod bookings, session credits and memberships
Sqwod Pods are private, limited-capacity spaces. Because each booking reserves a specific time slot, refunds are treated differently from physical products.
Cancellations and rescheduling
You may cancel or reschedule a Sqwod Pod booking up to 12 hours before the scheduled start time.

Cancellations or reschedules made less than 12 hours before the start time are treated as used and are not refundable or creditable.

If you do not attend your session and do not cancel (a “no-show”), the session is also treated as used and is not refundable or creditable.
These rules apply to all Pod bookings, including:

single sessions
-
session packs and credits
-
membership/subscription sessions
-
promotional or discounted sessions
Session packs and credit expiry
Session packs and prepaid credits may include an expiry date, which is communicated at the time of purchase.

Expired sessions or credits cannot be refunded, extended, transferred, or exchanged, except where required by applicable law.
Memberships (subscriptions)
Memberships renew automatically until cancelled in accordance with the membership terms.

We do not offer refunds for partially used billing periods, unused sessions, late cancellations, or no-shows.

Pausing a membership stops future renewals but does not create any right to a refund for past or unused sessions.
Service interruptions
If Sqwod Pod must cancel a booking or close a location for any reason (for example, technical issues, maintenance, or safety reasons), we will either:

move your booking to another time, or
-
restore the affected session credit to your account.
This is our sole responsibility in the event of a service interruption unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
Returns for physical products (merchandise)
We have a 14-day return policy for eligible physical products, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

perishable goods (such as food and/or supplements)
-
custom products (such as special orders or personalized items)
-
hourly rentals and bookings of the Sqwod Pod (sessions, credits, memberships, and any attended or forfeited bookings)
In the event that you have been issued a refund by Sqwod Pod, please allow 3 to 5 business days for your financial institution to process the charge.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14-day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order for physical goods within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification.
As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
This cooling-off right does not apply to services that have already been fully provided or to time-specific leisure services such as Sqwod Pod bookings which have been attended or forfeited.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
