Right of Withdrawal

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you (or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier) take possession of the goods. For service contracts, the period is 14 days from the day the contract is concluded.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us — Sqwod Pod, Jacobsohnstraße 27, 13086 Berlin, Germany, email hello@sqwodpod.com — of your decision to withdraw from this contract by a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw. We will carry out the reimbursement using the same means of payment you used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; in no event will you be charged fees as a result of the reimbursement.

For goods: we may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or until you have supplied proof of having sent them back, whichever is earliest. You must send back or hand over the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

Early expiry of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal expires early for service contracts where the service has been fully performed and performance began with your prior express consent and acknowledgement that you lose your right of withdrawal once the contract has been fully performed by us. It also does not apply, among other cases, to sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if they were unsealed after delivery.
