Formats
Five ways to show up in Berlin
01 · 1–4 DAYS
Pop-up takeover
The whole Pod is yours. Window wrap, product trials, retail. Built for launch weeks and race weekends.
02 · 2–4 HOURS
Launch night & trials
A press, creator or community preview. People try your product in a real training room, not a hotel ballroom.
03 · FULL DAY
Content & shoot days
Shoot your campaign in a premium gym with real equipment. Production companies already book the Pods as a location.
04 · RECURRING
Community sessions
Coached small-group workouts, recovery sessions, run-club meet points. Your brand, our coaches, a regular slot.
05 · ALWAYS ON
In-Pod placement
Your product in the rooms members train in every day, with a QR code to your shop. Sampling, not signage.
No rate card. Every format is shaped with you on a call, then quoted.
The neighbourhoods
Young, dense, international
Kollwitzkiez is one of Berlin’s youngest and most international neighbourhoods: five years younger than the city average, with more than one in four residents holding a non-German passport. Weißensee is the quieter lakeside district next door, with room to build and shoot.
Inside the Pods: around 400 private sessions booked every month by people who pay to train on their own terms.

Questions brands ask
How many guests can come through?
The Kollwitzkiez Pod has about 42 m² of floor plus the street frontage. We plan guest flow with you so it stays comfortable at peak moments.
Can we sell product on site?
Yes. Hyperice sold directly from the pop-up.
Do you build it, or do we?
Your agency leads design and build. We supply floorplans, dimensions, access and a Berlin team on the ground.
How far ahead should we book?
As early as you can. Members can book 14 days ahead, so your dates need to be locked before then.
What does it cost?
No rate card. Every activation is different, so we start with a short call about your goals, dates and format, then send a proposal built around them.
Plan your activation
Bring your brand to Berlin.
Tell us what you want to launch and when. Tee, our founder, reads every brief and sets up a call to shape it with you.
